This is where you can be you, I provide a safe, non judgemental space where I can support you with your journey so that you can achieve whatever it is that you want to manifest.

I like to work with a holistic person centred approach. I understand everyone is different and I also use other modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and many more like Communication Sessions to free up upset.

I have donated my time over the years to prisons, where I have travelled to the USA and Cyprus to provide counselling for inmates at super max prisons. I have heard life journeys from all walks of life. I work from a place of understanding, as everyone has a story, their individual journey which makes everyone, the unique individuals they are. No two people are alike.

I have also assisted in the development of programs/applications for Autism and Asperges with doctors and specialist who have an interest in these areas and I have supported families with the challenges in these areas.

Organically I am a person who has always cared for people, humanity, the planet and all living things.

I come from a Corporate and Entertainment background.

I am also a member of The Australian Counselling Association.

I am passionate about caring for all people.

I provide support for entertainers with pre-show, de-role, post-show meditations and on tour health/work - life balance.

I take additional security measures which ensure security is at 100% at all times, for all information.
